I don’t accept 80:20 and I am driven by seeing business grow and succeed. Problem-solving is a particular strength and I don’t stop until the problems are fixed.
I have 25 years’ experience in HR, health and safety, and operations – my last employed role was as Operations Director for a distribution business. During my career, I have led, developed and coached high-performing teams, and provided guidance, mentorship and training to support professional and personal growth. I have implemented and managed recruitment and redundancy programmes, transformed warehouse operations, and been instrumental in shaping business strategy, budgets and financial targets.
I can offer a no-nonsense, straight-talking approach and my mantra is “people work better for people they like”. I navigate the complexities of HR and business with clarity, simplicity and a genuine desire to create positive working environments and help businesses grow.
Away from the world of business, I love to travel, volunteer in the local community, and socialise as I am a people person at heart.
